Our spaces can best accommodate:

Pricing Information
All rentals are priced at an hourly rate.
Please see room descriptions for rates.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking (credited towards the final rental amount owing).

  • Balance owing is due 14 days prior to the rental date.

  • A refundable damage deposit of $100.00 is required at time of booking.

* Please note: Recently we’ve had issues with our responses to GMAIL accounts going to “junk folders”. If you are awaiting a contract requiring your signature or a response to a rental request form, please review your junk folder and drag to your inbox, tagging the email as “not spam". This will correct the issue.

Rental Inclusions
All rentals include the following:

  • Free WiFi

  • Access to washrooms

  • Air conditioning

  • Tables & chairs (if required)

NOTE: Any event including alcohol increases all rental rates by $20.00 per hour, which includes a bartender.

The Kitchen/Canteen can be included for an additional $20.00 per hour with any rental booking.

Bouncy Castles: If you are interested in having a bouncy castle for your event (available during the Summer outside only), you may hire a third-party company to provide and operate it. The third-party company must be on the City’s approved vendor list to ensure they have proper insurance that names the City of Winnipeg as an insured party. Windsor staff & volunteers will not set up, supervise or take down the equipment.
