Emergency First Aid - CPR Level B
Wednesday January 25th & Thursday January 26th, 2012 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Description: This course is offered to those who want to learn First Aid/CPR and how to apply life saving skills at home, at work and in the community.
This full day class is St. John Ambulance certified and will cover the following information:
  • Emergency Management
  • Shock/fainting/unconsciousness
  • Choking - Infant/Child/Adult
  • CPR - Infant/Child/Adult
  • Medical Conditions, allergic reactions, fevers, diabetes, seizures
  • Wound Care
  • Poisons, stings and burns
Participants will be given a resource manual and a St. John Ambulance certificate upon completion of the course.

Youth Drop-In
Friday, January 27th - 7-9pm
Description: Come for an amazing program run by recent University of Manitoba Education graduates and their new recruits. The program includes sports, arts, movie nights, with a canteen available each night. For kids in grades 4-9.
